At BFIX we place great emphasis on service and total customer satisfaction. For this reason, we have a clear and transparent returns policy, so that every purchase is accompanied by confidence and trust. The following terms and conditions govern returns of products and services purchased through our online store or in our physical store.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, in accordance with the relevant legislation (Law 2251/1994), within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide a justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to inform us in writing (by email at hello@bfix.gr or +30 2110 085 662) for your intention to return the product. The return is only accepted if the product is in its original condition, undamaged, complete (with all accessories and original packaging) and with proof of purchase. In case of withdrawal, the total amount of your purchase will be refunded within 14 days at the latest after receipt and inspection of the product by us. The return costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or different from the order.
Returns of Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective or does not correspond to your order (different model, color, accessories, etc.), you can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt by contacting our store directly. BFIX fully assumes the return and reshipment costs in such cases. The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, accompanied by proof of purchase. After the necessary check, the company will proceed to replace or refund the corresponding amount in the same way as the original payment was made.
Returns to Repair Services
For mobile, tablet, laptop or other electronic device repair services, the refund policy is applied in accordance with the law and good faith. If, after receiving the repaired device, you find that the problem remains or the repair was not successful, please contact the store immediately so that we can re-check the device and repair it at no additional charge within a reasonable period of time. The spare parts we use are covered by a guarantee of good working order in accordance with the legislation and the manufacturer's specifications.
Products Excluded from Refund
For health and safety reasons, headphones, hands-free, screen protectors and other accessories that come into direct contact with the user, are not returnable if the packaging has been opened. Also, products manufactured or modified to the customer's order, as well as devices with obvious signs of use, damage or warranty violation will not be accepted for return.
Return Procedure
To return a product, please first contact BFIX customer service via email at hello@bfix.gr or by phone at +30 6973 405154 & 2110085662 to receive detailed instructions on the return procedure. We recommend that you carefully pack the product, include proof of purchase and any relevant documentation, and send the parcel to our store address: 111 Menelaou 111, Ilion, P.O. Box 13122. Once we receive and check the product, you will be informed about the return/replacement or refund process.
Refund of Money
The refund is made in the same way as the original payment (bank deposit, PayPal, Viva Wallet, Klarna, Revolut, Apple Pay, Google Pay), unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to third party payment providers or banks.
